This position focuses on customer service and builds partnerships with other departments to ensure that guests\' needs are attended to promptly. Supervise the Front Desk operations and ensuring that relevant policies and procedures are being followed and that the highest possible service is being delivered in a friendly and professional manner. To respond to situations and activities at the Front Desk and the Lobby. To be the main point of contact for the guests upon arrival till departure and handle their queries throughout their stay. Leading the Front Office team through organizational changes and providing support and manage the Front Desk operations and hotel room inventory. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival • Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements, handling guest feedback, provide direction and give suggestions. • Handling guests\' mails and messages, and answering phone calls. • Provide guidance to Guest Relations Assistant at work. • Conduct trainings • Meet, greet, room and send VIPs. • Maintains the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed to anybody

QUALIFICATIONS Excellent attention to detail Fluent in English and Russian Minimum 3 year of relevant experience Excellent telephone manners Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office To have an experience with Fidelio is preferable Ability to adapt to different guests patience and tact the ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once Good problem solving skills Knowledge of safety standards Benefits: • Accommodations • Transport to/from work • Breakfast & Lunch
